EDINBURGH (UK, SCOTLAND)

While I was in Glasgow visiting my friend Veronika, we decided to go on a trip to Edinburgh with another friend of ours. I had been to Edinburgh when I was 14 with my school but I hadn’t had a chance to really look around the city and see whatever I had liked, so this felt like a perfect opportunity to do so.

Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland (although Glasgow is bigger) and it’s full of tourists, which I find very annoying. The city itself is beautiful, the architecture is stunning and the city just looks very nice, nicer than Glasgow. On the other hand, I would rather live in Glasgow because dozens of gift shops and lots of crazy tourists are not very attractive for people who want to live there and get to know the city.

I took some photos and I would like to share them with you. I’m not going to describe the places captured on them, though, because I was just enjoying the atmosphere and so I didn’t even know what those monuments were called.
